Each partnership deserves a tailored approach in terms of strategic and operational recommendations, so it seems only fitting that the pricing models be as flexible and unique as the partnership. And while we don't bundle services as packages, we do provide frameworks for how compensation can be structured. Our goal is to select the compensation plan that best aligns our incentives with your business growth.

Pricing Models

Alastair Grace offers several pricing models to best align with the goals of our partnership.

Flat Fee

Standard flat fee structure paid monthly. Ideal for relatively consistent month-to-month hourly expectations and predictable marketing budgets.

% of Ad Spend

Fees calculated based on % of the marketing media spend. Common for longer-term account management projects where compensation is tied to account growth.

KPI-Based

Payment directly tied to KPIs. Examples include flat CPL, flat CPA, % of gross, etc. Designed for longer-term account management projects with scale.

 

Project-Based

Flat fee, project-based compensation a well-defined, one time needs such as account audits or campaign setup with no ongoing management requirement.

Hourly

Standard hourly compensation. Ideal for loosely defined needs, fluctuating workloads/weekly needs, or some longer-term partnerships.

Hybrid

A mix of flat fee and performance-based, such as the greater of flat fee or % of spend/KPI goals. Great model for incentive alignment or limited upfront marketing budget but large growth opportunity.
